What does my subscription include?
Your plan covers a set number of new patients each month, and every plan includes every feature. Share your clinic’s invite link or QR code by WhatsApp, email or on your website. Patients open it and see your recovery instructions, branded as your clinic, with 24/7 AI support and timely reminders throughout their recovery.
What if I don’t use all my patients, or need more?
Your patient allowance resets each month, and unused spots don’t carry over. If you need more, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. The change applies right away, and your bill is adjusted for the rest of the billing period.
How long do patients have access to Capila?
Patients receive 12 months of recovery support from their surgery date, covering the complete hair transplant recovery timeline including shock loss, regrowth phases, and final results.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every clinic gets a 30-day free trial for up to 40 patients, with no credit card needed. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan. One free trial per clinic.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing settings. Patients already using the app keep their access. You just won’t be able to add new patients until you subscribe again.
What about data privacy and compliance?
Capila is built with medical-grade privacy protection, GDPR compliance, and secure data handling. Patient information is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
Can I customize the recovery protocols?
Yes. Each clinic can adjust timelines, restrictions and guidance to match its own procedures.
