What does my subscription include?
Your subscription includes a set number of patient invites that renew automatically every month. Unused invites do not roll over to the next month. When you invite a patient through the Capila web app, they’ll receive an email invitation to access the recovery mobile app. The mobile app is designed to guide your patients through their recovery journey. It includes personalized recovery guides tailored to their post-transplant stage, an AI-powered chatbot to answer their questions in real time, and timely tips and reminders to help them stay on track.
What happens if I don’t use all my invites or need more?
Unused invites don’t carry over to the next month. If you find you need additional invites during the month, you can upgrade your subscription to the next package, which provides more invites. This change can take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on your needs.
How long do patients have access to Capila?
Patients receive 12 months of recovery support from their surgery date, covering the complete hair transplant recovery timeline including shock loss, regrowth phases, and final results.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Each clinic gets a 30-day free trial, allowing you to invite up to 30 patients at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you’ll be prompted to choose a subscription package. Note: Only one free trial is allowed per clinic.
What about data privacy and compliance?
Capila is built with medical-grade privacy protection, GDPR compliance, and secure data handling. Patient information is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
Can I customize the recovery protocols?
